    All Sales Are Final: Once a purchase is completed, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds or returns for any products.

    Exchanges

      Exchanges for Defective Products: We understand that sometimes products may have manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective product, you may request an exchange within 7 days of the purchase date.

      Exchange Process:

      • Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your product to report the defect.
      • Provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
      • If the defect is verified, we will provide instructions for returning the defective product.
      • Upon receiving and inspecting the defective product, we will process the exchange and send a replacement product to you.

      Conditions for Exchange:

      • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
      • The defect must be a result of the manufacturing process and not due to misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear.

      Shipping returns

      To return your product, you should mail your product to: 10880 Baur Blvd. St. Louis MO, 63132.

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

      If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
